  • Casein (found in dairy products)
  • Processed snacks, deli & processed meats
  • MSG (may be found in prepared soups, dressings, and deli meats)
  • Processed vegetable oils such as corn, soybean and seed oils
  • High trans fat processed items such as cookies, crackers, etc
